Operationally Enhancing Our Real Estate Client

Background:

Our client is a relatively new business operating in the Real Estate sector. The founders identified an opportunity in the market to offer a tailored sales and marketing solution to developers, providing outsourced support for successful real estate development projects.

Problem Being Solved:

The business experienced rapid growth in the post-Covid period, with sales activity more than tripling the levels seen in 2020.


This growth placed significant pressure on operations and the founders, who found themselves increasingly involved in internal matters rather than focusing on creating opportunities and serving clients.

As a response, the client initiated a review of all operational functions.

The Outcome:

MEAP was engaged to analyze and propose a program of change aimed at enhancing internal functions, increasing overall capability, and effectively managing operations moving forward.

The first phase of the program is currently in progress, involving an enterprise-wide operational assessment. The result will be a report identifying actionable improvements across functions.

The subsequent phase will focus on implementing the agreed-upon changes, with MEAP working on a fractional time basis to establish, operate, and ultimately transition operations to a sustainable working model.

In parallel with this initiative, the client has also requested MEAP to submit a proposal to provide support as a Transaction Advisor for a strategic investment capital raise. This capital raise will propel the business into its next phase of growth.
